1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages from Care Nest Home Care Agency related to home health operations. Messages may include appointment reminders, visit confirmations, rescheduling coordination, post-visit care instructions, and — for employees — scheduling notifications and notices regarding mandatory annual training, compliance requirements, and operational updates. Messages are non-marketing.

2. Consent

You will only receive messages if you have provided prior express consent. Patients and authorized representatives opt in by completing our written opt-in form. Employees opt in during onboarding. Your consent is not a condition of receiving care or of employment, and is not required to purchase any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and operational activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per week.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Care Nest Home Care Agency does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opt-Out and Help

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change at any time without notice.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
